​Encroachment permits for use of city owned sidewalks is a process to consider allowance of outdoor dining on City sidewalk property adjacent to a business.  Some cities in the state change a permit fee for the initial application and a renewal.  City resources will be used to review the initial application and renewals.  Therefore; the Litchfield Park City Council will be considering a resolution on Wednesday, June 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the Litchfield Park Branch Library, 101 W Wigwam Boulevard, Litchfield Park, Arizona 85340 to impose an application and annual renwal fee associated with an Encroachment Permit for Sidewalks.

Based on the above information, the initial application fee is proposed at $380, and the renewal is proposed at $190.
