Aqua Blast Water Aerobics

For a total workout give water aerobics a try! Working out in the water causes less stress on your joints, keeps you constantly cooled and works both the upper and lower parts of the body at the same time. What a deal! Come prepared the first day ready to work.


Bring a water bottle, noodle, towel, a release form from your doctor if you are pregnant, and a positive attitude! Optional items include aqua socks or water aerobic shoes and aqua gloves. For a list of dates, times and fees view the program details online under the "activities and preschool" tab.

Gentle Water Aerobics for Adults

Do you suffer from arthritis, Fibromyalgia, tension or other physical disabilities? Join our facilitator in stretching, moving, turning, all of the body parts you can move. If balance or fear of water is a problem flotation devices are available. It is a great way to get your body “oiled and lubed” for the rest of the day.
