Overview


The Building Safety Department is responsible for:

  • Examining and approving building plans in accordance with adopted City codes

  • Issuing permits

  • Inspecting all construction within the City of Litchfield Park


In addition, the Department responds to code compliance complaints and violations.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Summer Office Hours
Monday – Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
