Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Litchfield Park will conduct Public Hearings in the Conference Room at the Litchfield Park City Hall, 214 West Wigwam Boulevard, Litchfield Park, Arizona 85340, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018.
The purpose of the Public Hearings is to consider granting a zoning variance on specified lots at 413 E. Bird Lane, Case No. ZA18-01; and 415 E. Bird Lane, Case No. ZA 18-02.
Case ZA.18-01 – 413 E. Bird Lane
The Board of Adjustment will consider a request for a variance from Litchfield Park Zoning Code Section 10.05, Paragraph b, as it applies to Lot 200, Subdivision 9, in Litchfield Park, Arizona, also known as 413 E. Bird Lane, to allow for a new home to encroach approximately 15 feet into the required 30 foot side yard setback.
Case ZA.18-02 – 415 E. Bird Lane
The Board of Adjustment will consider a request for a variance from the Litchfield Park Zoning Code Section 10.05, Paragraph c., as it applies to Lot 199, Subdivision 9, in Litchfield Park, Arizona 85340, also known as 415 E. Bird Lane, to allow for a building addition to encroach approximately 5 feet into the required 40 foot rear yard setback.
